The Real Thing
Description
Henry, a celebrated writer, experiences love like never before — but in order to continue, he must first experience infidelity. Being a writer, he tries to find the perfect order of words to describe the "it" of love, art, and politics. As the intellectual discovers his heart, he struggles as his art imitates life and his life imitates art.
Acclaimed prolific British playwright Tom Stoppard has been challenging our perception of things ever since his early play "Rosencrantz and Guildenstern Are Dead." His recent Broadway hits include "Coast of Utopia," "Rock 'n' Roll," and "Arcadia," while his stirring screenplays include "Brazil" and "Shakespeare in Love."
